1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all online courses, digital products, and related services provided by NOISM ACADEMY, operated by Angelina Delgado (“we”, “us”, “our”), through our online academy platform (“Platform”).

By purchasing or accessing any course or digital product from NOISM ACADEMY, you (“you”, “student”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or access our courses.

2. Nature of Services

NOISM ACADEMY provides digital educational content in the field of hair extensions and beauty education, including but not limited to:

Pre-recorded video lessons
Written materials, checklists, and guides
Worksheets, images, and downloadable resources
Optional live calls, Q&A sessions, and hybrid in-person training days (as specified per package)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program, no physical products or hair kits are included.

3. Eligibility & Target Group

Our courses are designed for:

Professional hairstylists
Beginners and career changers
Related professionals (e.g. make-up artists, salon assistants, beauty experts)

You are responsible for ensuring that the course you purchase is suitable for your level of experience. Some programs may have specific prerequisites or recommended prior knowledge, which will be clearly stated in the course description.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet any listed entry requirements.

4. No Professional Advice

All content is for educational purposes only.

Our courses do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for implementing techniques and applying professional judgment when working on clients. You must comply with all local regulations and professional standards applicable in your country.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy

a) Payment Methods.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, which includes credit card, PayPal, and regional payment options provided by Stripe.
b) Currency.
All prices are listed in EUR (Euro) and may be automatically converted by your payment provider into your local currency.
c) No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be granted once access to course content has been provided.

You acknowledge that digital content is immediately accessible after purchase and therefore exempt from withdrawal under EU digital goods regulations.

6. Access & Duration

Your purchase grants access to the course content for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. We may, at our discretion, extend access but are not legally required to do so.

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance or updates may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

7. License & Permitted Use

By purchasing a course, you obtain a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license for your individual learning use only.

You are not permitted to:

Share login data or course access with others
Copy, reproduce, or record any content
Upload or distribute content publicly or privately
Resell, modify, or translate content for your own offers

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course materials, including videos, texts, images, designs, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of NOISM ACADEMY (Angelina Delgado).

You expressly agree not to:

Share, copy, or distribute materials in any form
Take screenshots, record videos, or extract content
Use materials for teaching, resale, or promotional purposes
Translate, modify, or integrate materials into other educational programs

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal consequences.

9. Course Structure & Materials

Each course or package may include:

Online modules with video and text lessons
Optional live sessions or in-person training days
Additional Pro or Premium features, depending on your package

We do not send any physical tools or materials. Each course includes a detailed materials list for your own sourcing.

10. Personal Feedback, Support & Community

Basic Packages
Self-study only. No personal feedback, reviews, or 1:1 guidance.
Pro / Premium / Hybrid Packages
May include live calls, feedback, or supervised practical training as defined in the course description.

We aim to respond within 48 hours (business days).

11. Certification

Certificates are issued only for Hybrid (Pro / Premium) participants who:

Attend an in-person
Complete a live-model installation reviewed by the instructor

Certificates confirm the completion of training under NOISM ACADEMY but are not state-recognized qualifications. You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary local or national licenses required for professional work.

12. Results, Responsibility & Liability

We provide educational tools and frameworks, not guaranteed outcomes. Success depends on your skill level, practice, effort, and market conditions.

We are not liable for:

Business losses, missed opportunities, or income expectations
Hair damage, client dissatisfaction, or misuse of products
Injuries or technical
Platform downtime or access interruptions

Your use of techniques and materials is entirely at your own risk.

13. User Obligations & Conduct

Users must:

Provide accurate registration and payment details
Maintain account confidentiality
Refrain from abusive or disrespectful behavior within the platform or community

We reserve the right to revoke access immediately, without refund, for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination of Access

We may suspend or permanently revoke access in cases of:

Unauthorized content sharing
Violation of copyright
Breach of conduct or misuse of platform features

No refunds will be issued upon termination for violations.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect minimal personal data necessary to:

Process purchases and issue invoices
Provide access to the Academy platform
Communicate with you about updates or support

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Payments are handled securely via Stripe, under their own privacy and data protection policies.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

The most recent version published on our platform applies at the time of your purchase.

Material updates will be announced via email or platform notice.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
